Return and withdrawal

In the case of a Contract for the purchase of Products and Services concluded by a Consumer Customer, the latter will have the right to withdraw from the Contract itself, pursuant to and for the purposes of article 52 et seq. of the Consumer Code, without any penalty and without specifying the reason.

The decision to exercise the right of withdrawal must be communicated by the Consumer Customer within 14 calendar days of receipt of the Product; in the case of separate delivery of several goods, ordered by the Consumer Customer with a single order, the fourteen-day term for exercising the right of withdrawal starts from the day on which the last good is delivered.

Within the aforementioned 14-day term, the Consumer Customer must communicate his intention to withdraw from the contract. In case of shipment, the items can be sent to the following address:

The notice of withdrawal must specify the intention to withdraw from the purchase (it is not necessary to specify the reasons) and the Product or Products for which it intends to exercise the right of withdrawal, attaching a copy of the documentation proving the purchase.

2Q Group S.r.L. (MONKIDDO) communicates to the Consumer Customer without delay a confirmation of receipt, via e-mail to the e-mail address communicated during the purchase procedure on the Site, of the withdrawal exercised.

In compliance with the provisions of article 59, lett. c) and d) of the Consumer Code, the Consumer Customer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal for Products made to measure or clearly personalized or which are likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly. Furthermore, you cannot exercise the withdrawal in relation to sealed consumer products that have been opened after delivery (Article 59 letter i) of the Consumer Code).

The Products for which the right of withdrawal is exercised must be returned within fourteen days from the day on which the Consumer Customer communicated the exercise of the right of withdrawal, substantially intact, in their packaging original, complete with accessories and any labels and brochures, without any lack.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that do not lend themselves to being returned for hygienic or health protection reasons that have been opened after delivery.

Regarding the state of the goods, they must be in a perfect state of conservation. The consumer is only liable for the decrease in value resulting from handling other than the "normal" one and necessary to verify the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

If the Product was purchased online, it will be possible to go to one of our stores and ask for the return directly in the store.

In case of Return and Withdrawal the costs are borne by the customer Consumer for the exercise of the right of withdrawal are the direct costs of returning the goods, as provided for by article 57, paragraph 1, of the Consumer Code.

Once the withdrawal request has been received, 2Q Group S.r.L. will refund the entire amount paid (shipping costs excluded) by the Consumer Customer within fourteen days from the date on which the Consumer Customer exercised the right of withdrawal, by crediting back through the same payment method used by the Consumer during the order. 2Q Group S.r.L. reserves the right to withhold the refund until it has received the Products subject to the right of withdrawal, or until the Consumer Customer has demonstrated that he has sent the goods back, depending on which situation occurs first.

If instead the methods, conditions and terms for exercising the right of withdrawal are not respected, as specified in this article, the Consumer Customer will not be entitled to reimbursement of the sums already paid. In this case, the Consumer Customer will be able to get back, at his own expense, the Product in the state in which it was returned to 2Q Group S.r.L. . Otherwise, 2Q Group S.r.L. may retain the returned Products, in addition to all sums already paid by the Consumer Customer for the relative purchase. Shipping and handling costs are charged to the customer.

Moreover, the private customer, without prejudice to the above, can go to the point of sale to return the product even if he has not requested return authorization via the web: he will only have to show or the invoice or the electronic purchase order.

This type of return provides for the refund via shopping voucher, for the same amount as the return, to spend in any MONKIDDO store or on the website www.monkiddo.com

In case of purchases made with installment payment:

  • If the customer exercises total withdrawal, the loan application will be cancelled. The cancellation of the loan application will be requested by 2Q Group S.r.L. To the Finanziara appointed only after receipt and verification of the integrity of the goods.
  • If the customer exercises partial withdrawal, or intends to exercise the right of withdrawal limited to one or some of the products included in the order, following receipt and verification of the integrity of the product subject to withdrawal, 2Q Group S.r.L. will notify the customer of the new amount to be financed. The customer will contact the appointed finance company communicating the new amount and requesting the opening of a new loan file.

Following the final approval and liquidation of the new loan application, 2Q Group S.r.L. will request the Finanziara to cancel the previous file.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal:

– The right of withdrawal is excluded and, therefore, the preceding paragraphs do not apply with regard to Contracts concluded with Customers with a VAT number.
